Epson MegaPlex Combo Projectors Dock the iPad and iPhone

Epson has a reputation for making great projectors, and with these latest two MegaPlex Combo Projectors, they’ve expanded their projectors into the mobile space. In particular, these MegaPlex Combo Projectors are ready to dock the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch, so that users can easily project the photos and videos stored on their iOS devices.

Both the MegaPlex MG-850HD and MegaPlex MG-50 come with two built-in 10W stereo speakers, so that they are ready to use anywhere – even outdoors. As a matter of fact, these projectors can even be used as stand-alone speaker docks.

Both Megaplex projectors also use 3LCD technology to deliver rich vibrant colors. In particular, the MegaPlex MG-850HD features a 720p HD resolution a high brightness of 2,800 lumens of color and white light output, which makes it ideal for viewing in both dark and lighted settings. Meanwhile, the MegaPlex MG-50 features 540p resolution and up to 2,200 lumens of color and white light output. HDMI and VGA inputs are also included on both projectors.

But besides for working with the iPad and iPhone, these new MegaPlex projectors can also project content coming from smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, PCs and more. The Epson MegaPlex MG-850HD will retail for $799 and the MegaPlex MG-50 for $699.
