I may not have ranked Miley Cyrus high enough after seeing these new photos she did for something called Prestige magazine. This is now the second time we’ve seen Hannah Montana dropping some sideboob on us since she turned 18. And that’s nice, but really, didn’t you expect a little more wildness from Miley once she turned 18 based on her shenanigans prior to being of age? I know I did. She’s actually been, dare I say, boring and classy since her birthday. C’mon, Miles, step it up. Your fans are waiting. (Well, maybe not “fans” per se, but people.)
